Please read these terms carefully before subscribing. By checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. What You Are Purchasing
The Lipid Lab is a digital content subscription offered by Lipid Oils Academy. Your subscription gives you access to the Lipid Lab content library, which includes oil profiles, herb profiles, and related educational reference materials.
2. Subscription Plans
Monthly Plan — $19/month Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically every month until you cancel. You will be charged $19 at the start of each billing cycle.
Annual Plan — $197/year Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and provides access for one full year. This plan does not automatically renew. You will need to repurchase to continue access after your subscription period ends.
3. Access and Delivery
All content is delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Lipid Lab content library. Access is for your personal, non-commercial use only and is non-transferable.
Lipid Oils Academy reserves the right to update, add, or remove content from the library at any time. No specific volume or frequency of new content is guaranteed.
4. Automatic Renewal — Monthly Plan
By subscribing to the monthly plan, you authorize Lipid Oils Academy to charge your payment method $19 every month on a recurring basis until you cancel. Your subscription will continue and your card will be charged unless you cancel before your next renewal date.
You can cancel at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at admin@lipidoils.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
5. Refund Policy
Monthly Plan: All sales are final. No refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Annual Plan: A refund may be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be honored. To request a refund, contact us at admin@lipidoils.com with your order details.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any amount already charged. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Annual subscriptions are not cancellable for a refund after the 7-day refund window has passed.
7. Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through ThriveCart. Lipid Oils Academy does not store your payment information. If a payment fails, your access may be paused or cancelled until the outstanding balance is resolved.
8. Acceptable Use
Your subscription is for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce any content from the Lipid Lab library without written permission from Lipid Oils Academy. Violation of this policy may result in immediate cancellation of your subscription without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content in the Lipid Lab library is the intellectual property of Lipid Oils Academy and Susan M. Parker. Nothing in your subscription grants you ownership of any content.
10. Limitation of Liability
The content in the Lipid Lab is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, cosmetic, or regulatory advice. Lipid Oils Academy is not responsible for how you apply or use the information provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lipid Oils Academy's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the billing period in which the issue arose.
11. Changes to These Terms
Lipid Oils Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify subscribers by email. Continued use of the subscription after notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
