Lipid Oils Academy - Courses & Product Purchase Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all one-time course purchases made through Lipid Oils Academy, regardless of which course is purchased.

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. By checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. What You Are Purchasing
When you purchase a course from Lipid Oils Academy, you are purchasing a license to access that course’s digital content for personal, non-commercial use. Each course consists of self-paced recorded lessons and supplementary materials. Some courses also include live teaching sessions or Q&A calls; where included, this will be stated on the course sales page.
2. Access and Delivery
Course access is delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive instructions to access your course materials. All courses are self-paced and available at your own schedule.
Access is for your personal use only and is non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or grant access to others.
3. Lifetime Access
Your course purchase includes lifetime access to your course materials. If a course is discontinued for any reason, enrolled students will be given at least 90 days written notice by email. During this period, Lipid Oils Academy will make all course materials available for students to save or download via a shared folder, download link, or alternative delivery method. Our commitment is that you will always have the opportunity to retain the materials you purchased access to.
4. Live Sessions (Select Courses Only)
Some courses include live teaching sessions or Q&A calls as an additional component. Where live sessions are included, this will be clearly stated on the course sales page prior to purchase.
Live sessions are offered on a scheduled basis and attendance is optional. All live sessions are recorded and made available to enrolled students. Lipid Oils Academy reserves the right to adjust the scheduling or format of live sessions. Live sessions are not included in every course and are not a standard feature of all course purchases.
Live session recordings are made available for 60 days following the session date, after which they may be removed to make room for new content. We encourage you to watch any recordings you wish to review within this window.
5. Refund Policy
A refund may be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, email admin@lipidoils.com with your order details and the reason for your request.
Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be honored.
E-books: All e-book sales are final. Because e-books are delivered digitally upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once the file has been made available.
6. Acceptable Use
Your course purchase is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
Share, resell, or transfer access to your course to another person
Reproduce, distribute, or republish any course content in any format
Use course content to create competing products or educational materials
Record live sessions without written permission from Lipid Oils Academy
Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal of access without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, written materials, and supplementary resources, is the intellectual property of Lipid Oils Academy and Susan M. Parker. Your purchase grants you a personal license to access and use the content for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership of any content.
8. Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through ThriveCart. Lipid Oils Academy does not store your payment information.
Some courses are available with a payment plan. Where a payment plan is offered, the number of installments and amount will be stated at checkout. Installments are charged monthly until the full balance is paid. Course access is granted upon the first payment.
If any installment payment fails or is not completed, access to the course will be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. If the balance remains unpaid, access may be permanently removed. Completing a payment plan does not entitle you to a refund on installments already paid.
9. Limitation of Liability
All course content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, cosmetic, or regulatory advice. Lipid Oils Academy is not responsible for how you apply or use the information provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lipid Oils Academy’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.
10. Changes to Course Content
Lipid Oils Academy reserves the right to update, revise, or remove course content at any time. Updates and improvements to course materials are included in your purchase at no additional cost. Removal of content will not occur without reasonable notice where practicable.
11. Changes to These Terms
Lipid Oils Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify students by email. Continued access to your course after notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
