The Program — Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the founding membership program currently offered as the Academy Immersion (referred to throughout as “the Program”). The Program name may change; these terms apply regardless of the name in use at the time of enrollment.

Please read these terms carefully before enrolling. By checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. What You Are Purchasing
The Program is a monthly subscription offered by Lipid Oils Academy. Your subscription gives you access to the full Lipid Oils Academy course library, the Lipid Lab and database, live monthly teaching sessions, live course rounds throughout the year, monthly deep dive sessions, and email access to Susan M. Parker.
Access to all content and sessions is available for as long as your subscription remains active.
2. Subscription and Billing
The Program is offered on a month-to-month basis with no annual commitment. There is no minimum enrollment period.
Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You will be charged $197 at the start of each billing cycle.
Founding Member Rate: If you enrolled at the founding member rate of $197/month, this rate is locked in for as long as you remain an active, continuously enrolled member. If you cancel and later re-enroll, your rate will be the current rate at the time of re-enrollment.
3. What Is Included
Your active subscription includes: Full access to the complete Lipid Oils Academy course library, including all current courses and new courses as they are added
Full access to the Lipid Lab content library and database
Monthly live teaching sessions (all sessions are recorded)
A reserved place in all live course rounds throughout the year
Monthly deep dive sessions for advanced topics and Q&A (recorded)
Email access to Susan M. Parker for questions related to course content and formula development. Responses are typically provided within 3 business days.
Access to all of the above is contingent on maintaining an active subscription. If your subscription is cancelled or lapses, access to all Program content and sessions will end at the close of your final billing period.
4. What Is Not Included
Courses purchased separately outside of the Program are not part of your Program subscription. Those courses remain yours with lifetime access regardless of your Program enrollment status.
5. Automatic Renewal
By enrolling in the Program, you authorize Lipid Oils Academy to charge your payment method $197 every month on a recurring basis until you cancel. Your subscription will continue and your card will be charged unless you cancel before your next renewal date.
You can cancel at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at admin@lipidoils.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access until that date.
6. Refund Policy
Because you receive immediate access to all courses, content, and materials upon enrollment, no refunds are issued on Program payments. You are welcome to cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any amount already charged. Access to all Program content and sessions continues until the end of your current billing period, at which point it will be removed.
8. Pausing Your Subscription
You may pause your subscription once per calendar year for up to 3 months. During a pause, billing is suspended and access to Program content and sessions is also suspended.
To request a pause, email admin@lipidoils.com at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Pauses are applied to future billing cycles only and are not prorated or applied retroactively.
Founding members who pause retain their locked-in rate upon resuming, provided the pause does not exceed 3 months. If you do not resume within 3 months, your founding member rate is forfeited and re-enrollment will be at the current rate.
9. Live Sessions and Recordings
Live sessions are offered as part of the Program on a scheduled basis. Attendance is optional. All live sessions are recorded and made available to active subscribers. Lipid Oils Academy reserves the right to adjust the scheduling, format, or frequency of live sessions.
No specific number or frequency of live sessions per month is guaranteed beyond what is described in Section 3.
10. Content and Curriculum
Lipid Oils Academy reserves the right to update, add, or remove content from the course library and Lipid Lab at any time. The inclusion of new courses is at the sole discretion of Lipid Oils Academy. No specific release dates or content volumes are guaranteed.
11. Acceptable Use
Your subscription is for your personal, non-commercial use only and is non-transferable. You may not share your login, resell access, redistribute, or reproduce any course content, recordings, or Lipid Lab materials without written permission from Lipid Oils Academy. Violation of this policy may result in immediate cancellation of your subscription without refund.
12. Intellectual Property
All content included in the Program is the intellectual property of Lipid Oils Academy and Susan M. Parker. Nothing in your subscription grants you ownership of any content.
13. Pricing Changes
Lipid Oils Academy reserves the right to change the Program price for new enrollments at any time. Founding members enrolled at the $197/month rate will not have their rate increased for as long as they remain continuously active members, as described in Section 2.
14. Limitation of Liability
All content in the Program is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, cosmetic, or regulatory advice. Lipid Oils Academy is not responsible for how you apply or use the information provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lipid Oils Academy’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the billing period in which the issue arose.
15. Changes to These Terms
Lipid Oils Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify subscribers by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the subscription after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
